Life is Energy Vibration
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

Frequency, Energy & Healing
The Harmonic Egg®
Energy therapies have been used since ancient times. These methods of supporting root causes of imbalance in the body and spirit are part of Asian healing practices like acupuncture, yoga, and Qigong. All operate based upon the theory that illness is the result of blockages or imbalances in the body’s life energy. These techniques work to unblock or rebalance that life energy.

Our Mission
At Resonate Wellness, our mission is to guide individuals back into harmony – physically, emotionally, and energetically. We support whole-body balance through frequency-based therapies, bio-resonance technology, natural supplements, and chemical-free skin and hair care. Our intention is to empower every person to realign, restore, and thrive in their highest resonance. We are committed to offering a nurturing space for deep restoration, self-discovery, and reconnection with the body’s innate wisdom.
About Resonate Wellness
At Resonate Wellness, we believe healing begins when the body is given the right environment to remember what it already knows – how to restore, rebalance, and return to harmony. Our space was created with one intention: to support whole-body wellness by working with the body’s natural intelligence rather than against it.
We blend frequency-based therapies, bio-resonance technology, and natural, chemical-free self-care to help our clients reconnect with their internal rhythm. Each modality we offer is chosen with purpose—to calm the nervous system, support physical healing, nourish emotional wellbeing, and realign the energetic body.
Modern life often pulls us out of balance. Stress, toxins, trauma, and overstimulation can interfere with the body’s innate ability to heal. At Resonate Wellness, we provide a peaceful haven where you can slow down, reset, and activate your deepest healing potential.
FREQUENCY & RESONANCE
Our Approach: Healing Through Resonance
We work from the understanding that every cell, organ, and system in the body communicates through frequency. When these frequencies become imbalanced, discomfort or dis-ease can arise. Our services—such as bio-resonance scans, Harmonic Egg sessions, sound-frequency therapies, and clean wellness products—support the body in returning to its natural harmonic state.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, relief, emotional balance, physical wellness, or simply a quiet place to reconnect with yourself, we meet you exactly where you are in your journey.
Everything in the universe is frequency — including your body. When those frequencies fall out of balance, fatigue, stress, pain, and emotional tension can appear.
At Resonate Wellness, we work with modalities that communicate directly with your body’s energetic blueprint to help restore harmony at the deepest level.
Frequency-Based Therapies
Tools like the Harmonic Egg use vibration, sound, and light frequencies to support relaxation, nervous system reset, and emotional release.
Bio-Resonance Technology
Our non-invasive scanning identifies energetic disturbances and patterns to help you understand what your body is asking for – nutritionally, physically, and emotionally.
Natural Supplements
We carry carefully selected, high-quality supplements that support healthy cellular function, detoxification, and whole-body wellness. Some exclusively in-store.
Chemical-Free Skin & Hair Care
We believe self-care should nourish, never burden. Our clean, natural product offerings support both beauty and wellbeing.
Everything we choose is intentional, supportive, and aligned with the body’s natural intelligence.
Client Success Story
Jason, Age 46
Calgary, AB, Canada
“I have been going to the Harmonic Egg® for 5 months now, and it has helped me with my chronic lower back pain, releasing a lot of trapped emotions, and relieved a lot of my worries about attending social events. Since attending the Egg, I have become more aware of how to support my health and well being, and have easily been able to make positive changes including not drinking coffee, and decreasing my weekly alcohol intake. My pain affected my sleep, and was most noticeable when I was laying down at night or standing for long periods of time; I felt shooting pain go through my back when I tried to move or roll over at night. My pain was so bad in the morning that I wasn’t able to bend over and put on my socks without experiencing shooting pains. I have tried other therapies such as acupuncture and visiting an osteopath but didn’t find lasting results. After 2-3 sessions I noticed a change in my pain level, and noticed gradual relief. After 5 sessions in the Harmonic Egg® my pain is gone and it hasn’t returned! All my life I have been taught that men don’t cry or show their emotions, and the only way I would be able to release those emotions is through anger; I can’t even cry in front of my own wife. But being in the Egg I released a lot of those trapped emotions that would come out as anxiety and stress that affected my health, and now I feel lighter! I think this also helped with not feeling anxious being in social settings as well. I healed myself with the assistance of the Harmonic Egg®. I am relieved, have more restful sleeps, and thankful for the Egg to be able to facilitate my healing, and have decided to continue to attend sessions on a regular basis.”
